Approach the towering fence

And leap

Landing on the other side

Complete

Stride out across the open field

Alive

Glance back upon the challenge passed

And smile

Race forward on the course that’s set

Prepare

For the hurdles loaming up ahead

And dare

To leap again, glide proudly over

Rejoice

Race towards the finish line
